Information you provide
Depending on your request, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, travel and stay dates, party size, children’s ages, selected service and correspondence. Transfer enquiries also request flight details, passenger names and the reservation holder’s passport/ID number. These details support the requested arrangements and any applicable passenger or guest identification obligations. Please do not put passport copies, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in general messages. If you are unsure why a field is needed, contact us before sending it. Provide another person’s details only when you are authorised to do so.
How and why information is used
We receive information through our website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, booking providers and communications about your stay. We use it to answer questions, prepare quotes, arrange bookings and requested services, communicate changes, handle payments and records where relevant, and resolve concerns. Applicable processing grounds include steps towards or performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in providing and protecting our services, subject to your rights. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately; reading this notice is not consent.
Website, bookings and external services
Wix hosts this website and supports its forms. Contact-form submissions are handled through Wix. Service enquiry pages prepare information for the Email or WhatsApp channel you select; review the message before sending it. Room availability and accommodation bookings open Reseliva. Information entered there is handled through that provider’s booking process. Email, WhatsApp, Reseliva and embedded Google Maps have their own privacy terms. Google Maps may receive technical information when the map loads. Follow external links only if you wish to use those services.
Sharing and international processing
Information relevant to your request may be shared with authorised hotel staff and the transfer, balloon, tour or activity provider arranging it. Website, communication and booking providers process information to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These providers may process data outside Türkiye.
